At Aymral, we offer hassle-free size exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit. Please read the policy below before requesting an exchange.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at aymralofficial@gmail.com with clear pictures of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Once verified, you may choose between a replacement or a refund. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Exchange Options

Online Orders

Items purchased through our website can be exchanged online with valid proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase includes your order confirmation email or your order number.

Size Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Size exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items.

  • Only one size exchange is permitted per item.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability. Cash refunds or store vouchers will not be issued for size exchanges.

  • If the item was purchased at a discounted price, the exchange will be processed at the same discounted price.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • All accessories (if applicable) must be included.

  • The item must be free from stains, perfumes, odors, or any signs of wear.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Size Exchange Within Karachi

Email us at aymralofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide the necessary instructions.

Size Exchange for Other Cities in Pakistan

Email us at aymralofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our return address. Please send the item back in its original packaging with all tags attached. Kindly include your Order Number, Name, and Contact Number inside or on the return package.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Size Exchange for International Orders

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order if you require a different size. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the replacement.
